Summary

This is a very good property and has greatly helped win several games. $1500 rent is incredible, so cause it before you have to pay it! Be careful, however; if no one actually lands on Park Place and you've put a lot of money into it, it can come back to bite you! However, you can easily make a killing if you've managed to build a hotel on Park Place and someone happens to stop by!
