This is the first property with 4-digit rents with only three houses.

Regarding ROI (return on investment), Pennsylvania has the highest ROI with three houses at 108.7%. In other words, building up to either four houses or a hotel is not worth it. The extra improvements are going to get you little back. Also, those improvements are expensive at $200 each. Overall, it has higher ROI rates than the other two Greens.
