St. Charles Place is the first pink property and the first property on the second side of the board. Alas, the real St. Charles Place no longer exists, as the Showboat Casino stands where it once was. St. Charles Place is the first property with a 2-digit rent, and shares rents with States Avenue.

Summary
Edit
St. Charles is a good buy. Though more expensive than the Light Blue properties, it produces higher rents. $750 rents are no joke! Many tournaments have been decided by this property alone! Also, even though a 11 is not common, if Chance has the Advance to St. Charles place card on it as a player comes from GO from rolling a 7 (the most common roll with 2 fair dice), thus they could still get hit hard if a hotel is there.
- Max Value: $640
