Summary[]

This is considered one of the best properties in the game. $950 can be very crippling, and it's relatively inexpensive to build here.

Orange properties should be acquired whenever possible, since the orange properties are the most landed on in an average run around the board. This can be very pleasant when an opponent is in jail and either rolls double threes or rolls a six (two-die combination) and has to pay to get out. The more improvements there are, the better.
