Summary[]
$950 rents are no joke, and they can be collected frequently. This property is a must-buy.
Orange properties should be acquired whenever possible, since the orange properties are the most landed on in an average run around the board. This can be very pleasant when an opponent is in jail and either rolls double fours or rolls an eight (two-die combination) and has to pay to get out. The more improvements there are, the better.
